New seal option

Advanced Valve Technologies have released details of a new seal option for their range of full port reinforced composite performance ball valves. The new seal option gives a 50% reduction in torque compared to a regular full port valve, which is achieved through an enhanced design of the seats. The reduced torque can lead to reduced ‘total installed costs’ since a large portion of the cost of a typical flow management solution is related to the size and quantity of actuators used.
