NORMA Group recognizes P.J. Spring as the best supplier

NORMA Group has presented its “Supplier Recognition Award” for the Americas region to P.J. Spring Company, Inc. (P.J. Spring). The company received the award for its outstanding performance in the areas of the supply chain, quality, and cost in 2020. 
“When selecting suppliers, we look for companies with consistently high standards with regard to their products, services, and processes,” says Dr. Michael Schneider, CEO of NORMA Group. “With P.J. Spring, we have a long-standing business partner at the side in the Americas region – one that shares the high quality and service standards and supports the efforts to deliver outstanding service to the customers.”
P.J. Spring supplies metal springs to NORMA Group plants in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, and Juarez, Mexico. These are used in various clamps that are produced at the sites. The cooperation with P.J. Spring dates back more than 15 years. In the 2020 financial year, which was shaped by the Corona pandemic, the company impressed in particular with its excellent communication, fast response times, continuously high quality, and lean cost structure.
NORMA Group has been recognizing outstanding suppliers in Europe, America, and Asia with the “Supplier Recognition Award” for several years. The award is being presented for the sixth time in the Americas region. In recent years, NORMA Group in the Americas region has recognized, among others, Olympic Steel Company and Precision Metal Services.
