Precision Polymer Engineering (PPE), a manufacturer of high performance moulded elastomer seals, has appointed a new distribution manager for its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) sales territories. This is a new role to enhance the support that PPE gives to existing dealers and distributors and to identify new partners in new geographies.
Stuart Campton joined PPE in January and his priorities in geographic expansion will be Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean. PPE develops, designs and produces elastomer ‘o’-rings and other components for demanding applications in a range of industries. The Company already has customers in many parts of EMEA and Stuart will build on this by understanding customers’ needs across the region and working with existing and new dealer partners to fulfil these needs.
Stuart is a sales professional with 23 years’ experience working with customers to help specify technical products and solutions across a diverse range of market segments. These include the aerospace, oil and gas, fluid power, defence and construction equipment industries in various countries and regions. Stuart’s experience of managing supply chains, building relationships with partners and matching products with applications will be very valuable as he works to expand PPE’s reach.
Stuart has previously worked for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Wynn’s Precision UK Ltd and RE Components Ltd in various sales and managerial roles.
