A focus on customer service has driven a major reorganisation of Tyco Valves and Controls Distribution in the UK. Tyco Valves and Controls has rationalised its operations by opening a new sales and distribution centre at Market Harborough, Leicestershire, UK, to support customers in England and Wales. The company’s existing facility at Aberdeen will continue to support customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland and will retain a high level of specialisation for the off-shore industry, while power industry customers will be supported by a dedicated office at Skelmersdale, Lancashire. The new structure aims to provide an integrated operation and a single point of contact for all customers, while retaining the advantages of regional coverage and specialised service for certain industries.
