Rotork Plc, the global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, has acquired Hanbay, Inc.
Rotork’s acquisition of Hanbay, Inc. based in Montreal, Canada further enhances its product range by adding precise, compact, miniature electric actuators to its portfolio.
Based in Montreal, Canada, Hanbay designs and manufactures precise, miniature electric actuators that offer a compact profile and high torque design for use with small valves and instrument valves for use in hazardous and non-hazardous applications.
