Rotork manual gearbox for versatile performance

The simple and rugged design of the new QTW150 gearbox from the Rotork Gears division delivers reliable and versatile manual operation of quarter-turn valves.
Optimised manufacturing using carefully selected materials offers robust performance for applications in many industrial environments including water and waste treatment, power generation, HVAC and pipelines.
The cast iron housing and cover, ductile iron quadrant, PTFE thrust bushes and protected steel input shaft and fasteners provide IP65 environmental protection in a standard ambient temperature range of -20 to +120ºC (-4 to +250ºF).
Self-locking 90º gearing is ±5º adjustable at each end of travel, using silicon sealed stop bolts, whilst valve position is displayed on a highly visible top mounted mechanical indicator. Input torque of 15 Nm (133 lbf.in) via the 100 mm (4 inch) handwheel delivers 150 Nm (1,333 lbf.in) operating torque to suit a wide range of ball valves, butterfly valves and plug valves.
As with all Rotork Gears products, the Rotork worldwide network of offices and representatives provides a local source for sales, service and support for the QTW150 gearbox.
