Safer operation with automatic degassing valves

Accu-vent automatic degassing valves are designed to automatically vent vapors and gases that are commonly released from chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite or sulfuric acid.  Made of CPVC (Corzan) and Viton corrosion resistant wetted materials, the valves are specially designed float material that automatically vents built up gases on system start up and under working pressure. They can be used either on the feed or discharge side of a pump, or on both sides. They have standard 1/2″ NPT threaded connections or optional 3/4″ NPT available in other materials of construction for various gaseous liquid chemicals. The valve is designed to allow for the venting of gases and condensed vapor back to the feed tank, which provides for continuous trouble free operation while working under pressure. When in operation, the valve vents gases, vapor and a small amount of liquid, which discharge must be returned through hard piping or tubing back to the tank.
