A new distributor for SIPOS Aktorik in Dhaka will enable the company to fully capitalise on Bangladesh contracts. Government initiatives to increase power generation are set to be supported by SIPOS’ electric actuators which provide variable speed functionality that optimise plant performance. SIPOS has chosen to formalize links with the Progressive Engineering & Construction Co Ltd (PECC) because of the company’s track record, established contacts, technical competency and high service levels. A team of 45 people at PECC with high levels of technical competency will ensure that SIPOS’ service standards are maintained. The strength of PECC’s skills ensures that the company is capable of undertaking significant projects and the size of its organisation means the company has the resource in place to provide the customer liaison services and support required to generate new business for SIPOS. The full range of SIPOS products and market sectors including power, water and wastewater industry applications will be supported in Bangladesh.
