To support its structural growth, Transmark Fcx NV (Belgium) has acquired BPA NV, a Belgian distributor of control valves and instrumentation products. BPA’s main representations are ARCA Regler GmbH (control valves), Satron Instruments Inc. (instruments for the process industries), Loreme sa (sensors for the process industries) and KPM Ltd (measurements and sensors for the process industries). Luc Belis, Managing Director at Transmark Fcx NV (Belgium) said: “BPA NV will remain a separate business unit within the Transmark Fcx Group but will co-operate closely with Transmark Fcx (Belgium) and follow a common market strategy. With this acquisition we have secured access to an excellent range of products from renowned European based market leaders in the field of control valves and instrumentation, which complement our existing product portfolio and further extend our field of applications.” Mr Belis further commented: “Both BPA NV and Transmark Fcx NV (Belgium) are committed to offering customers the highest levels of service with a single point of contact, unrivalled technical expertise and know-how, and other industry leading added-value services.
