The Valco Group continues its external growth in Australia. Its subsidiary Valco Group Australia Pty Ltd announces the joint-incorporation, together with Australian business Forgacs Marine and Defence, of a new company named “ForgacsValco”.
ForgacsValco will provide valve maintenance services in Australia, with main workshop based at the Australian Marine Complex, in Henderson, WA. The services will primarily involve the diagnosis, repair, overhaul and testing of valves. The business will have the capability to mobilize personnel to site at short notice for maintenance and shutdown support. ForgacsValco will also offer a 24-hour engineering helpline supported by Valco Group worldwide offices.
