Armatury Group, ZMK Technologies and Vexve join forces

Vexve Armatury Group, a prominent European provider of critical valve solutions for the energy sector and selected energy-intensive industries, is undergoing a significant rebranding. Effective from February 1st, 2024, Vexve Armatury Group and its subsidiaries, Vexve Oy, ARMATURY Group a.s., and ZMK Technologies GmbH, will collectively adopt the name “Vexve.”

This rebranding initiative consolidates over 80 years of expertise in valve design and manufacturing under a unified identity. With a renewed sense of unity, Vexve proudly presents its esteemed line of products, which will now be recognized as “Vexve,” “Vexve Armatury,” and “Vexve ZMK.” The company boasts five fully owned production facilities located in Finland, Czechia, Germany, and China, encompassing approximately 100,000 square meters of manufacturing space and assets exceeding EUR 100 million.

A remarkable 75% of Vexve’s revenue already stems from ventures and products that contribute to a low-carbon future. These include solutions for district energy, hydrogen, hydropower, and nuclear applications, alongside bespoke valves tailored for energy-intensive industries, aiding clients in emissions reduction efforts. With an eye on sustainability, Vexve has set an ambitious target to achieve carbon neutrality in its operations by the end of 2024.

Remaining steadfast in its values of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, Vexve assures its stakeholders of unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality products, backed by the expertise of its workforce and the reliability of its partnerships.

Following the rebranding, the subsidiaries—Vexve Oy, ARMATURY Group a.s., and ZMK Technologies GmbH—will maintain their existing legal identities and VAT numbers. Importantly, these changes will not impact current agreements or contracts, and all product and quality certifications will retain their validity.
