USA: Technip to build hydrogen plant

Technip has announced that Technip USA’s office in Claremont, California, has been awarded a 19.4 MMSCFD hydrogen plant by Cenex Harvest States (CHS) for their refinery in Laurel, Montana, as part of the Tier-II clean fuels programme.
