Installed on the ocean floor at depths of up to 3000m, these ‘wet trees’ provide a challenge for the torque tools designed to actuate the various valves.

Emerson Process Management has been selected by Nalco Industrial Services (Nanjing) Co. Ltd, as the Main Instrument Vendor for a new water treatment chemicals plant in the Nanjing Chemical & Industrial Park in China.
State-owned energy utility Sonatrach (Hydra) has announced investment plans in Algeria totaling USD 45.5 billion from 2008 to 2012. Sonatrach will invest USD 35.8 billion, and international partners will hold stakes worth USD 9.7 billion.
