CHAODA was established in 1984, covering plant area of 32566㎡, with the staff of 515 which including 137 technology engineers. CHAODA is a specialized manufacturer of industrial steel valve according to API, ASME, EN, ISO, JIS, DIN, BS, GOST & GB standards. The product includes ball, gate, check, globe, plug, butterfly, and other special valves that are applied broadly in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power generation industries, aviation and so on. As the reliable supplier on quality and service, CHAODA VALVE won great reputations from the customers in Europe, America, Japan, Middle East, Australia, South East Asia, Russia and other countries.

CHAODA VALVE launched its quality management and safety system as ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and awarded API 6D, API 600, API 607, API 6FA, CE/PED approvals for the product.

CHAODA established a multi-functional phys-chemical lab to further supervise the quality time to time, and fit out three dimensional measuring machine, spectrum analyzer, portable spectrograph (PMI), mass spectrometer, induction furnace infrared carbon, sulfur analysis gauge, material tester, impact tester, spring tester, hardness meter, thickness meter, magnetic particle tester and NDE testing equipment. In order to meet Shell requirement, we have built other testing facilities for valve torque, service life, sealing capability, slight leak under the temperature condition range from 400℃ to -196 ℃

CHAODA (Qingtian) FOUNDRY, a wholly owned subsidiary by CHAODA VALVE, is one of the leading investment casting foundries in China, covering land area of 40,000 m2 and construction areas of 26,000 m2, around 200 employees including 30 technology engineers. CHAODA (Qingtian) FOUNDRY is one of the biggest casting foundries in China owning advanced casting technology and management.

CHAODA FOUNDRY is mainly producing investment casting for all kinds of valve and mechanical part. The material includes carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, nickelic iron and special alloy steel. The capability can be reached 7000 ton per year. At present, CHAODA FOUNDRY can produce unit investment casting from 0.15KG to 450KG, and the max pressure can be reached Class 1500. CHAODA FOUNDRY owns advanced physics and chemistry lab and many advanced inspection machines. Meanwhile, CHAODA FOUNDRY has awarded TUV ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001, TS, CE, AD2000 certificates.
