FILTER REGULATORS
Filter regulators provide clean, accurate instrument air pressure. Stainless steel construction is available for sour gas and/or corrosive environments and NACE Compliant versions meet NACE#MR-0175. Filter regulators are available in 1/4”, 1/2”, 3/4″ and 1” NPT and BSP ported versions.
VOLUME BOOSTERS
Pneumatic volume boosters offer high flow capacity and fast response with a wide range of signal to ouput pressure ratios. Port sizes range from 1/4″ up to 1” NPT. Standard options include tapped exhaust, low temperature and negative bias. EAC-TR-CU and ATEX certifications are also available.
I/P PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS
Pressure transducers offer the highest degree of accuracy, reliability and repeatability in a compact housing. Offered with extensive combinations of inputs and outputs, industry certifications (FM, CSA, ATEX, IECEx) and Explosion-proof housings. The Type 950 I/P Transducer offers a natural gas rating.
VALVE POSITIONERS
Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic valve positioners are designed to provide stable and accurate control of rotary and linear valves. These force-balanced positioners are fast responding, reliable and easy to calibrate and maintain. The NEMA 4X (IP66) housing provides rugged resistance to severe industrial environments. We also have a natural gas-rated valve positioner when paired with our Type 950 I/P Transducer.
HIGH-PRESSURE REGULATORS
These versatile devices can be used as pilot supply where a gas regulator pilot must control a high-pressure operating valve. Inlet pressures are reduced from as high as 6000 psig (413 bar) down to working pressures ranging between 0 and 225 psig (15.5 bar). Available in five separate spring ranges. Constructed of brass or stainless steel. Units designed for use with noncorrosive gases and NACE MR-0175 compliance are available.
