Ballwell valve is dedicated to manufacturing the customized ball valves’ components such as body & bonnet, ball, seat, stem, trunnion, gland, mounting flange, support and Ti parts etc. which is fully compliance with API 6D API 608 and API 607 standards for both floating ball and trunnion ball design.
ISO/EN 10204: 3.1/3.2 material certificates are provided with parameters such as chemical analyses, mechanical tests, heat treatment for each heat number. PMI, dimension and tolerance will be inspected and recorded. NDE testing can be done, on request, during and at the end of the manufacturing process.
