Matson Metal is committed to provide customers with high quality valve components in full ranges of diameters, pressures rates and materials. The diameter range is 1″~56″; the pressure rate range is 150LB~ 2500LB; the matrix material mainly includes carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy, copper, iron and etc. We could conduct all general surface treatments as per the customer specifications like painting, powder coat, e-coat and etc. and we could conduct overlay with high hardness, strong wear-resistance and strong corrosion-resistance materials such as ENP, TCC, STL, Inconel and etc.
As the requirements to the quality has been increasing, Matson Metal keeps investing in machines with tighter tolerance reached to increase the quality and performance of valves with our components. For example, we can achieve 0.02mm as roundness and concentricity for balls up to 40”-56” and we are able to hit Ra0.4 to Ra0.2 as finish.
